Attention Customers,
Rayburn Country Municipal Utility District (RCMUD) is notifying you about the recent shutdown at Water Well no. 2. The well appears to have been struck by lightning during the storms Friday afternoon causing damage to the pump motor. Repairs are underway, and the expected time of completion is Friday 08/17/2018. No water restrictions have been put in place at this time, but the district is asking you to please conserve water to help keep the pressure stable. Please minimize use of irrigation systems. You may experience lower pressure than normal, but the District expects to maintain the level above that required by the state. RCMUD will keep you updated on Nextdoor and on the RCMUD website. Thank you for your patience.
Thank you,
Greg Alexander
Rayburn Country MUD, General Manager
