Water Rates 

  • Meter Size 5/8 or ¾” - $41.00 monthly minimum
  • Meter Size 1” - $42.80
  • Meter Size 1 ½ - $48.80
  • Meter Size 2” - $54.80

Monthly minimums include up to 4,000 gallons

$2.50 per thousand gallons for 4,001 – 10,000 gallons 

$3.50 for all water over 10,000 gallons

 

Sewer Rates

Residential:

$35.00 per month up to 1”

Larger meters will increase pricing.

 

Commercial: 

$35.00 Monthly Minimum**

** Monthly Minimum includes up to 10,000 gallons

$3.50 per thousand gallons for all sewage over 10,000 

 

Tap Fees

A tap fee is charged for establishing service where none has existed before

Water

  • 3/4 or 5/8 inch meter - $600.00
  • 1 inch meter - $750.00
  • 1 1/2 inch Meter - $900.00
  • 2-inch meter - $1100.00

Persons needing a larger meter should contact the District for specific applicable charges

Sewer - $600.00

Taps requiring road bores will incur an additional expense.

Out of District Service - Section 31 Fees

A line extension fee of $3100.00 per lot to be paid when tap fees are paid.  If adjoining lots are owned the fees per lot must be paid even if one tap is requested.  This applies to lots 1-9 and lots 20-26.  Additional lots in Section 31 shall be subject to out-of-District fees as hereinafter determined by the Board of Directors of the District pursuant to §49.215. Water Code.  A surcharge of $15.00 per lot per month in addition to the water rates for in-District customers shall be charged to service connections in Section 31.  Said surcharge will apply per lot per month to a service applicant who owns more than one lot with only one water tap.

Call Out Fee - $100.00 after 5:00 p.m., on weeknights; $100.00 on weekends or holidays; Non-Refundable

Security Deposit (Renters) $300.00 Refundable when the customer moves out.
